The Best Garlic Bread In a sauce pan, mix 2 tbs. crushed or chopped garlic with 1/4 lb. melted butter. Spread mixture on your favorite sliced bread, sprinkle on some Garlic Powder 'N Spices (#G112) and toast in oven. Tomato Garlic Bread Slice French bread or sourdough and spread Garlic Artichoke Pasta Sauce (#G121) or Garlic Pasta Sauce (#G108). Add a thin slice of mozzarella cheese or sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan and bake 10 minutes at 350 heat. Baked Garlic Place whole bulb of garlic in Garlic Baker (#A302), cover with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Save the oil for salads or saute. PESTO DIP - Blend 1/2 jar (3 oz.) Garlic Pesto Sauce (#G105) with 1 lb. cream cheese... also a great spread on bagels or bread.
HUMUS - Blend the following ingredients in a food processor for 2 minutes: 1/3 cup olive oil, 4 tbs. Tahini Sauce, 1 tbs Garlic Pepper 'N Spices (#G111), 2 tbs Chopped Garlic (#G110), 3 cans garbonzo beans, juice of one lemon.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS OMELET - Mix in a combo of Tomatillo Garlic Salsa (#G115), Garlic Salsa (#G101) and a shake of Roasted Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce (#G118). Teriyaki Stir Fry Add Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Sauce (#G119) and Roasted Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce (#G118) and stir fry with your favorite meats, chicken and/or vegetables - Delicious! Survival Verde Ingredients: 3 lbs pork shoulder cut in 1-1/2" cubes; 1/2 cup flour; 2 large onions, chopped; 2 jars Garlic Tomatillo Salsa (#115); 1 tsp Garlic Salt 'N Parsley (#G113); 1 tbs cumin (or Roasted Garlic Hot Pepper Salt (#G118)); 1 cup white wine; 1 cup water; 2 small cans chopped chilis. Toss pork cubes in flower to coat lightly. Put coated cubes in a covered roasting pan with onions, salsa, garlic salt, garlic pepper, cumin, water, wine, and hot sauce and bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn oven to 275 degrees and bake for two more hours, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and add chilis and serve over broken tortilla chips with rice. Serves eight. Mexican Chicken In a heavy skillet, lightly saute four skinless bonless chicken breasts in olive oil. Add 1 jar Triple X Garlic Salsa (#G120), cover and simmer for 30 minites. Add a dash of Roasted Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce (#G118) to taste. Serves four. Garlic Chicken Clean 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts and place in a sauce pan. Add i jar of 44 Clove Garlic Cooking Sauce (#G121). Cook and serve with rice. Black Fish or Red Fish Pan fried or broiled... Squeeze one fresh lemon over fish. Spread Crushed Garlic (#G109) over fish. Sprinkle on Garlic Pepper 'N Spices (#G111) for a great cajun flavor! Garlic Burgers Slice three fresh Garlic Cloves (Garlic Braids #A304) in half and mix in with fresh ground beef. Form patties and cook or grill as you like. Sprinkle burgers with Garlic Pepper 'N Spices (#G111). Use Garlic 'Q' BBQ Sauce (#G103) as a dip or spread. Pasta Verde Toss 1/2 jar of Garlic Pesto (#G105) and 1 tbs olive oil with spaghetti or vermicelli. |
