Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If mailing in your order, you may pay via check.

Q: How much does it cost to ship a package?
A: Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free; orders of $25.00-$74.99 pay a flat $9.00 rate.  Click Here to view our shipping chart.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: We are currently offering free shipping for all orders over $75.00 so start browsing and fill your cart!  Free Shipping promotions only apply to Standard Ground shipping method.

Q: Can I receive a discount for purchasing multiple items?
A: We are currently offering case discounts on all of your favorites. Click here to review discounts available.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.8298 within 24 hours of placing an order.  At GMB Foods we strive to ship your order as soon as possible.  If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Q: What if my package arrives and their is damage or missing products?
A: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the contents carefully. If you are missing items or find any items damaged, please notify our office within 2 business days of receipt of your package so we may assist you in resolving the issue. We will be unable to replace products if we are not notified within this time frame.

Q: How can I tell if a product is all natural, Gluten Free, low sodium or other attributes?
A: All of the products on the GMB Foods website will state these attributes on their product detail pages. You can also click here for a product overview.

Q: How do I sign up for email offers, and what are they?
A: Email offers are emails that come to your chosen email address, and contain valuable information like promotions, discounts, product information and recipes. To sign up for email offers, Click Here.

Q: How do I find a certain recipe?
A: You can search for recipes by the name of the recipe in the search box, or you can narrow your search by searching by flavor, occasion, course, cooking style or product. Click Here to go to the recipes page.

Q: Once a product has been opened, how long can I consume the product?
A: If the product is properly refrigerated, it will last approximately 12 months after opened.

Q: Where can I find GMB Specialty Foods products?
